Steve Farber: Trailer Bridge Leadership Case Study

“An Extreme Leadership Culture Study: Trailer Bridge” was recently released by bestselling author, Steve Farber.  Farber, whose books include Radical LEAP, Radical Edge, and Greater Than Yourself, is the founder of The Extreme Leadership Institute, based in San Diego.  Following an interview with Mitch Luciano, CEO and Indie Bollman, Director of Corporate Development, Farber penned the study on TB’s remarkable cultural and business transformation in recent years led by Luciano.  In the study, credit for TB’s leadership turnaround includes the implementation of a leadership philosophy based on Farber’s work, which continues through a leadership development program developed and led in-house.
