What does receiving the President’s Award mean to you?

The President’s Award is my most important professional achievement to this day. It certainly means that if you truly love what you do and you do it with passion, sooner rather than later you will achieve whatever goal you set in your life.

What is your proudest accomplishment at Trailer Bridge so far?

My proudest accomplishment at Trailer Bridge so far is being able to guide the efforts of our finance team into implementing new policies and procedures in the Car Division storage and demurrage collections department in San Juan.

What advice would you give someone about doing well at Trailer Bridge?

My most important piece of advice to anyone within the company is to always be honest, respectful, and authentic.

What does receiving the President’s Award mean to you?

It is a tremendous honor. The proudest moment of my professional career thus far.

What is your proudest accomplishment at Trailer Bridge so far?

Having kept and grown some of my first accounts at TB for the last 3 years of my employment.

What advice would you give someone about doing well at Trailer Bridge?

Immerse yourself in the culture and get on board. There’s nowhere else like TB!

What does receiving the President’s Award mean to you?

Receiving this award truly is an honor. As someone who gets to sit here day in and day out creating art, it came as a bit of a surprise. I hold a unique role in the company that not many other people get the opportunity to do. And being recognized not only for the work I put together but for the way I go about doing it is so special to me.

What is your proudest accomplishment at Trailer Bridge so far?

For me, as a graphic designer there is always a sense of accomplishment when completing a project. It’s always satisfying to see an idea come to life and turn into something great. However, I think the one thing I am most proud of is being fully trusted by my team and TB leadership to take the creative reigns of the brand to create content that tells the TB story in the most unique and engaging way possible.

What advice would you give someone about doing well at Trailer Bridge?

Be yourself and work your butt off. Hard work doesn’t go unnoticed here at TB and it comes with a sense of gratification. Being genuine to who you are and building relationships with not only your coworkers, but your friends, makes work so much more enjoyable which then makes you want to work even harder.
