Demurrage of Containers and Other Equipment

Trailer Bridge clearly recognizes the challenges of pulling containers and other equipment from the Port of San Juan at this time, due to the Executive Order implemented by the Governor of Puerto Rico. We are closely working with proper agencies to identify the best solution for these restrictions and challenges.

Should equipment remain at the port for an extended period of time, it will cause congestion and potentially delay critical shipments that need to be delivered to the citizens of Puerto Rico. Please know all of us at Trailer Bridge continue to attend to your best interest – that of our customers – and will continue to do so. We will be providing more updates regarding these charges, along with any other charges that may have an effect on your business and your customers.
