Ann Phelps Named Vice President, Customer Experience, Ocean & Chris Goss, Named Vice President, Government & Project Logistics
JACKSONVILLE, Fla., January 25, 2023: Trailer Bridge, Inc., a full-service transportation solution provider, today announced its leadership team continues to grow to navigate the company’s strategic growth plans. Ann Phelps will now serve as Vice President of Customer Experience, Ocean, and Chris Goss will lead the company’s government division as Vice President of Government and Project Logistics.
This latest addition follows a series of leadership announcements at the end of 2022 signaling the company’s intense focus on its goal to become the international leader in light-asset based logistics.

Industry-veteran, Ann Phelps, has been with the company since 2000 working in a variety of roles within the Ocean Division which serves the Puerto Rico trade lane as well as the Caribbean market. She is responsible for ensuring shippers moving freight into these areas enjoy a seamless experience from booking to delivery. Ann leads a growing ocean account management team of based in the company’s corporate headquarters in Jacksonville, responsible for managing more than $140 million in ocean freight.
Trailer Bridge welcomed Chris Goss to the team at the end of 2022. He brings nearly 20 years of experience in the transportation and logistics industry, with a strong focus on the movement of government freight. He is a former U.S. Army Civilian with nearly 9 years of military experience, of which he spent the last two years of his tenure in the armed forces as the Director of Operations for the 832nd Transportation Battalion in Jacksonville, Florida.
